Bus, Bike and Traffic Changes
For the Lloyd MAX Improvements Project August 3–21
During the Lloyd MAX Improvements project, construction and shuttle bus operations will affect some auto lanes, bike paths, crosswalks and sidewalks in the Lloyd area as early as Saturday, August 3, through as late as Wednesday, August 21.
Northbound, right lane on N Interstate Avenue closed from NE Wheeler to Drexler, just north of the Interstate/Rose Quarter Station.
Holladay Street closed between NE 11th and 13th (local access only).
Right turn lane from NE 11th to Holladay closed.
NE 13th Avenue closed between Lloyd Boulevard and Multnomah.
Line 70 Stop ID 8513 on 11th at Holladay will be closed. Use stop on 11th at Multnomah, Stop ID 8938. Southbound Line 70 stops are not affected.
Crosswalks crossing Holladay Street
The crosswalk on the east side of N Interstate will be closed.
The crosswalk on the east side of 13th Avenue will be closed.
Sidewalk on the south side of Holladay between Interstate and Wheeler will be closed.
Bike lane on N Interstate Avenue from NE Wheeler to Drexler, just north of the Interstate/Rose Quarter Station, will be blocked by construction and shuttle bus operations. Bicyclists will need to share the remaining open northbound travel lane on Interstate with autos.
Bike lanes on Wheeler will be narrowed and bicyclists may need to share the bus lane with buses.
Holladay Street between NE 11th and 13th avenues will be closed and bicyclists should follow the road closure detours.
Pedestrian traffic will increase due to the shuttle bus operations so flaggers will be located at the Interstate and Multnomah intersection for safety.
