We'll put on an event at your workplace to help promote your pass program and provide personalized trip-planning assistance for employees. To schedule a transportation fair, please contact us at least two weeks in advance.
Transportation Management Associations (TMAs)
TMAs promote commute alternatives for a particular region, city or neighborhood.
It's easy! We'll help you set up and conduct an employee commute options survey, then we'll analyze the results and provide a written report. More
Emergency Ride Home
If you're on our Universal Pass Program or if you subsidize at least $10 per employee per month for using alternative transportation, we'll provide a free taxi ride in the event of a family emergency or personal illness for an employee who has taken alternative transportation to work that day. To schedule a ride, the employee transportation coordinator fills out an Emergency Ride Home voucher and calls one of the taxi companies listed on the voucher. The taxi company bills TriMet directly. Note: We can only provide emergency rides within the TriMet district boundary.
Photo ID badges
If your employees don't have photo ID badges, we can provide them free of charge.
Just take their photos with a digital camera and email them to email@example.com. ID cards are processed every Friday and mailed out the following week.
One of the best times to educate employees about their commuting options is when they first start to work for your company. We'll give you free transit kits for new hires, filled with service information, maps and trip-planning tips. Just call or email us when you need some.
We can provide you with brochures, flyers and other materials to help spread the word about your transit pass program.
Let us train a member of your staff to serve as your employee transportation coordinator. We'll show them how to effectively manage and promote your company's transit pass program. They'll also get a subscription to our quarterly employer newsletter.
