Resources & Support
When you sign up for a transit pass plan, you also get a variety of helpful services free of charge. We want your transportation program to succeed, so we're here to help you, every step of the way.
Free services you get from TriMet:
Transportation fairs: We'll come to your work site to promote your transportation program and provide personalized trip-planning assistance.
Emergency Ride Home: If you subsidize at least $10 per employee per month, we'll provide a free taxi ride or car rental if a participating employee has a family emergency, gets sick during the work day or even if they work unscheduled hours.
Survey help: It's easy! We'll help you set up and conduct an employee commute options survey, then we analyze the results and provide a written report.
Transportation management association (TMA): A local organization dedicated to promoting commute alternatives for a particular region, city or neighborhood. Local TMAs can be an excellent resource for transportation coordinators.
Promotional materials: Take advantage of brochures, flyers, new-employee kits and other materials that can help you get the word out about your transportation program.
Universal photo ID's: It's easier than ever before to create photo ID cards for employees.
