TriMet adds service for Race for the Cure
More MAX & buses on busy lines
TriMet will add early morning trains and extra buses on five bus lines to help riders get to the Komen Race for the Cure at the Waterfront Park on Sunday, Sept.18.
Extra MAX service on the Blue Line will begin at 6 a.m., with trains running every 15 minutes to get participants to the event.
To supplement regular Sunday bus service, these lines will run more often, every 15 minutes, to downtown from 6:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m.
