Portland State University (PSU) Lincoln Development Strategy

At nearly four acres, the PSU-owned University Place Hotel in downtown Portland is the largest site adjacent to the Lincoln St/SW 3rd Ave MAX Station with development potential. Community outreach will help the team determine the future role of the site in the context of PSU. The Lincoln Station Development Strategy is expected to be complete in the summer of 2014.

Southeast Portland Station Area Planning

The City of Portland has engaged communities in updating the vision and long-range plans for the four new station areas between the Willamette River and SE Holgate Boulevard. This effort explores potential land use, urban design and transportation concepts. For the OMIS/SE Water Ave and Clinton/SE 12th Ave station areas, this is a component of the Southeast Quadrant Plan. For the SE 17th Ave/Rhine and SE 17th Ave/Holgate station areas, this is the Brooklyn Station Area project.
