Shipping & handling fee

To cover a portion of TriMet's postage and processing costs, a $1.50 shipping and handling fee is added to all orders, except LIFT tickets and passes. We ship via US Postal Service.

Tickets & merchandise

For tickets and other merchandise, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. (For monthly passes, see below.)

Monthly Passes

The next month's passes go on sale on the 20th of the current month and are available through the 10th of the next month. For example, February passes are available January 20-February 10. Here's how it works:

  • If you order a pass between the 1st and the 10th of the month, we will send you the current month's pass. The pass price is not pro-rated, so make sure it's still a good value for you before you purchase one. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
  • If you order a pass between the 11th and the 19th of the month, we will send you the next month's pass. We will hold your pass order until the 20th, when next month's passes come available. We start shipping on the 20th, so you can expect to receive your pass before the end of the month.
  • If you order a pass between the 20th and the end of the month, we will send you next month's pass. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
  • Sorry, tickets and passes are non-refundable.
