TransitTracker by Phone

Now you can get real-time TransitTracker™ arrivals for buses and MAX using any touch-tone phone.

How to use it

  1. Dial 503-238-RIDE (7433).
  2. Photo of cell phonePress 1 for TransitTracker arrival times and service information.
  3. You can then enter the Stop ID number of the bus stop or MAX station you want information about. If you don't know the Stop ID, press the "#" (pound) key and follow the instructions to select your stop.
  4. The system will list the next arrivals for the bus and MAX lines serving that stop, and the Stop ID number.
