Hillsboro MAX Improvements

Closures and traffic impacts

From Monday, Sept. 17, through Saturday, Nov. 3, the Hillsboro MAX Improvements project will upgrade the tracks, improve the bed underneath the rails, put in new signals equipment, repair surfaces next to the rails and spruce up stations in Downtown Hillsboro. This work will improve reliability and make for a better and smoother ride for MAX riders, while also benefiting pedestrians, those who use mobility devices, cyclists and auto drivers. We thank you for your patience while we do this important work and make transit better for riders and the communities we serve.
