Help us test new trimet.org features

We’re making improvements to trimet.org, and we want your feedback!

TriMet’s Web Team has been working on upgrades to the Trip Planner and the interactive map on trimet.org. In the Trip Planner, we’re adding local transit providers and community shuttles — so riders will be able to plan trips that combine TriMet with other transit services. Meanwhile, we’re modernizing our mapping engine, which will make the interactive map faster and more responsive when you’re panning and zooming.

These new features are in the early stages of development and aren’t ready to share with riders just yet. First, we’re asking employees to try out a prototype with the new features, then complete a short survey.

We’re looking for feedback on...

  1. Your experience planning a trip that combines TriMet with another local transit provider, and/or
  2. Your experience using the new interactive map, both on desktop/laptop PCs and phones.
