Listening Sessions and Workshops

We enjoyed meeting you!

In May and June 2018, we held a series of public meetings where riders, neighbors and community members shared their thoughts on transit and helped us prioritize service improvements throughout the region.

See the summary of the feedback we received

Listening Sessions

Is our service working for you? How could it be better?

It’s important for us to hear directly from the communities we serve. Join us at an upcoming session to share your ideas, concerns and questions about TriMet. These are also opportunities to meet our new general manager, Doug Kelsey, as well as the TriMet board member who represents your neighborhood.

Attendees will receive a $5 Hop card (while supplies last). Light snacks will be provided.

Future Transit Improvements Workshops

Help us prioritize upcoming transit improvements in your community.

Last year, the passage of Oregon House Bill 2017 marked a significant statewide investment in transportation. This includes an employee tax that will fund transit expansion and improvement, including in the TriMet service district.

Before this happens, we want to hear from you: How should we prioritize these new funds?

We’re partnering with Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) to host a series of workshops where you can share your ideas for improving transit service. Light dinner will be provided, and childcare and interpretive services will available as needed.
