19-Woodstock/Glisan connects Mt. Scott, SE Portland, Woodstock, Eastmoreland, Portland City Center, Laurelhurst and Gateway, via Flavel, Duke, 82nd, Woodstock, Bybee, Milwaukie, Powell, the Tilikum Crossing, 5th/6th, Burnside and Glisan.

Service alerts in effect:
No service at westbound stop NE Glisan & 90th (Stop ID 2153) due to construction. No temp stop.
No service to the westbound stop at NE Glisan & 92nd (Stop ID 2156) on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. due to construction.
Effective Aug. 12, 2026 Beginning 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 12, through 6:00 a.m. Thursday, August 13, no service to the westbound stop at NE Glisan & 60th (Stop ID 2128) due to construction.
Effective Aug. 23, 2026 Beginning Sunday, August 23, Line 19 will be changed to serve between Gateway Transit Center and Beaverton Transit Center. Line 19 will no longer serve to Mt Scott & 112th via SE Milwaukie, Woodstock, Duke and Flavel; these areas will be served by updated Lines 4 and 10.
