Effective Aug. 23, 2026 Beginning Sunday, August 23, Line 4 will be extended to serve old Line 19 on SE Milwaukie, Bybee and Woodstock to Foster & 94th. Between Downtown Portland and Lents Town Center, buses arrive about every 30 minutes most of the day on weekdays and weekends.
