44-Capitol Hwy/Mocks Crest connects PCC Sylvania, Multnomah Village, Hillsdale, Portland City Center, Old Town/Chinatown, Union Station, the Rose Quarter, PCC Cascade and St. Johns, via Capitol Highway, Barbur, 5th/6th, Williams/Vancouver, Rosa Parks Way, Willamette and Lombard.

Beginning Saturday, August 15, for trips to St Johns, no service from SW Capitol & Garden Home and SW Capitol & 33rd due to Multnomah Days. Temp stops located on SW 40th, nearside Garden Home and SW 31st, nearside Capitol. To PCC Sylvania, no service from between SW Capitol & 33rd and SW Capitol & Garden Home. Temp stop located on SW Capitol, nearside 31st.

Effective Aug. 17, 2026 Beginning Monday, August 17, through Wednesday, August 19, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., for trips to Portland, no service at Rose Quarter Transit Center (Stop ID 2592) due to paving work. Use temp stop at Multnomah and Williams. And for trips to St Johns, no service at Rose Quarter Transit Center (Stop ID 1097) and N Williams & NE Weidler (Stop ID 11480). Use temp stop at Rose Quarter Transit Center (Stop ID 11817).
