44-Capitol Hwy/N Rosa Parks connects PCC Sylvania, Multnomah Village, Hillsdale, Portland City Center, Old Town/Chinatown, Union Station, Rose Quarter, PCC Cascade, University of Portland and St. Johns via Capitol Highway, Barbur, 5th/6th, Williams/Vancouver, Rosa Parks Way and Willamette.

Effective Sep. 25, 2026 On Friday, September 25, for trips to St Johns, no service to stops from N Willamette & Portsmouth (Stop ID 6284) to N Richmond & Syracuse (Stop ID 4817). And for trips to PCC Sylvania, no service to stops on N Willamette from Tyler (Stop ID 6289) to Wall (Stop ID 6293) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. due to construction. Buses will serve Lines 35 stops on N Portsmouth and 75 stops on N Lombard.
