A Green Ribbon Committee of project and Marquam Hill stakeholders is developing evaluation criteria to ultimately recommend a connector between the Gibbs Street MAX Station on Barbur Boulevard and Marquam Hill. The connector will serve the neighborhood, students, employees and people visiting healthcare destinations on Marquam Hill in a safe, accessible, efficient manner that is sensitive to Terwilliger Parkway’s historic context and natural resources.
