TriMet Maintenance Hiring Event

Looking for a career? You’re invited to attend our next hiring event taking place in Portland! We’re looking to fill several maintenance positions at TriMet. Over 3,000 employees help keep the Portland area moving, and we want you to be a part of our team!

We’re hiring for our maintenance team, including service workers, mechanics and technicians. We’re also looking for bus drivers!

You’ll get the chance to ask questions about open jobs, be able to apply on the spot, and even interview for maintenance service worker positions. We’ll be giving conditional offers for maintenance service workers as well. Come learn more about joining our amazing team!

What should I bring?

Please bring a drivers license if you plan on applying at the event.

Is a resume required?

A resume is not required.

Will I be interviewed on the spot?

We will be conducting interviews for maintenance service workers and giving conditional offers.

Can I apply online ahead of time?

We encourage you to complete an application online if you’re able to. It will save you time when you arrive at the hiring event!

What should I wear?

Casual attire is welcomed.

Will there be parking?

Yes, free parking will be available for all attendees at the DoubleTree garage. Please grab a voucher from a TriMet team member at the sign-in desk and take it with you to exit the parking garage.
