Public participation

Public forum will begin at 9:30 a.m. for a maximum of 45 minutes. Individual comments are limited to 2–3 minutes, depending on the number of speakers. The time allowed for comments will be left to the discretion of the presiding Board officer.

In-person participation

In-person sign-up will begin at 9 a.m. and will close promptly at 9:30 a.m. Please sign in at the registration table.

Virtual participation

Sign-up for virtual testimony will close at 2 p.m. the day prior to the meeting. Any individual interested in participating virtually can complete the form below. You will receive an email confirmation with a Zoom link to join the meeting.

Written testimony

Any individual who is unable to attend the meeting, but would like to submit written testimony, can email their comments to us by noon on the day prior to the meeting.
