Public participation
Public forum will begin at 9 a.m. for a maximum of 45 minutes. Individual comments are limited to 2–3 minutes, depending on the number of speakers. The time allowed for comments will be left to the discretion of the presiding Board officer. Procedures regarding public testimony.
In-person sign-up will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will close promptly at 9 a.m. Please sign in at the registration table.
Note: Room occupancy is 80 people due to fire code.

To share testimony in-person or virtually, complete the form below. Sign-up will close at noon the day prior to the meeting.
All fields are required unless marked “Optional.”
Written testimony
Any individual who is unable to attend the meeting, but would like to submit written testimony, can email their comments to us by noon on the day prior to the meeting.
Communication aids
If you require meeting materials in alternative formats, sign language interpretation or other communication aids, email boardtestimony@trimet.org or call 711 for Oregon Relay Service at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

All board meetings are recorded and can be accessed online, along with meeting documents. Recordings are typically available about 72 hours after the meeting.
