Public participation

Public forum will begin at 9 a.m. for a maximum of 45 minutes. Individual comments are limited to 2–3 minutes, depending on the number of speakers. The time allowed for comments will be left to the discretion of the presiding Board officer.

In-person participation

In-person sign-up will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will close promptly at 9 a.m. Please sign in at the registration table.

All board meetings are recorded and can be accessed online, along with meeting documents. Recordings are typically available about 72 hours after the meeting.
