TSCC Notice of Budget Hearing
A public hearing will be held by the Tax Supervising and Conservation Commission (TSCC) on the budget approved by the Budget Committee for the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet), Multnomah County, State of Oregon, for the fiscal year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The Hearing will be held at One Main Place, 2nd Floor Boardroom, 101 SW Main Street, Portland, OR 97204 on April 22, 2026, at 8 a.m. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the budget with interested persons.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained at the TriMet Administration Headquarters, 101 SW Main St, Suite 700, Portland, Oregon, 97204 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. An electronic copy is also available below.

Public participation
Public forum will begin at 9:30 a.m. for a maximum of 45 minutes. Individual comments are limited to 2–3 minutes, depending on the number of speakers. The time allowed for comments will be left to the discretion of the presiding Board officer. Procedures regarding public testimony.
In-person sign-up will begin at 9 a.m. and will close promptly at 9:30 a.m. Please sign in at the registration table.
Note: Room occupancy is 80 people due to fire code.

Any individual who is unable to attend the meeting, but would like to submit written testimony, can email their comments to us by noon on the day prior to the meeting.
