How to participate

➡️ Submit written testimony

Written testimony can be sent via email. Testimony received by noon the day before the meeting will be provided to the Board of Directors in advance of the meeting.


➡️ Comment during Public Forum

You can sign up to speak starting at 8:30 a.m. Sign up will close promptly at 9 a.m. Comments will be taken in order of sign-up.

Public Forum on all Board matters, including resolutions, will begin at 9 a.m. and will continue for no more than 45 minutes. Individual comments are limited to 2–3 minutes, depending on the number of speakers and are left to the discretion of the presiding Board officer. If you wish to share additional testimony beyond your allotted time, you can submit it to BoardTestimony@trimet.org.

All board meetings are recorded and can be accessed online, along with meeting documents. Recordings are typically available about 72 hours after the meeting.
