15-Belmont/NW 23rd connects Gateway, SE Portland, Portland City Center, and Nob Hill via 102nd, Stark/Washington, Belmont/Morrison, Washington/Alder, Burnside and NW 23rd. The route continues to connect Nob Hill to Montgomery Park and the NW Industrial neighborhood via Vaughn, 29th, Guam, 35th, and 44th & Yeon.

Effective Monday, April 11, for trips to Gateway Transit Center no service at SE Washington & 94th (Stop ID 6173) due to construction.

Beginning Sunday, May 15, for trips to Gateway Transit Center, no service to the stops from SW 18th & Morrison (Stop ID 6911) to SW 2nd & Alder (Stop ID 7095) due to route change. Instead, Line 15 buses will run on SW Alder between SW 18th and SW 2nd, with new stops at 18th (Stop ID 13918), 14th (Stop ID 14189), 10th (Stop ID 14190), 6th (Stop ID 14191) and 2nd (Stop ID 14192). Beginning Monday, May 16 through Wednesday, May 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for trips to Gateway Transit Center no service at SE Belmont & 60th (Stop ID 450). And for trips to City Ctr, NW 23rd, Montgomery Pk or Yeon & 44th no service at SE Belmont & 60th (Stop ID 451) due to PGE utility work.
