All complaints are documented and investigated by our customer service staff. Commendations are passed along to operators and are always appreciated.

Phone Numbers
503-962-8000 is the main LIFT number, available 24 hours a day. LIFT can also be reached by calling 1-800-621-5438 toll-free within Oregon.
- Option 1 – Reservations are taken from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.
- Reservations must be made by 5 p.m. the day before your scheduled trip. LIFT phone reservation lines are typically busiest between 3 and 5 p.m. If you would like to avoid waiting on the phone, try calling earlier in the day.
- Option 2 – Customer Service is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays to answer questions about service, help with concerns or commendations, and to request an Eligibility application for LIFT service. Customer Service is not open on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
