17-Holgate/Broadway connects the Powellhurst neighborhood to NE Portland via SE Portland, South Waterfront, Portland City Center and NW Portland. The route travels along Holgate, 17th, Powell, the Tilikum Crossing, the Portland Transit Mall (5th and 6th avenues), Broadway/Weidler, 24th and 27th.

Beginning Monday, October 13, for trips to Saratoga & 27th, no service to the stops at NW 6th & Flanders (Stop ID 9300) and NW Broadway & Irving (Stop ID 625). And for trips to Holgate & 122nd, no service to the stop at NW Irving & 6th (Stop ID 14166) due to long-term Broadway Bridge construction. To Saratoga & 27th, buses will serve stops at NW Everett & 5th (Stop ID 8886), NW Everett & 2nd (Stop ID 1612) and N Interstate & Rose Quarter TC (Stop ID 11814). To Holgate & 122nd, buses will serve stops at N Interstate & Multnomah (Rose Quarter) (Stop ID 11813) and NW Glisan & 3rd (Stop ID 9311). Buses travel over the Steel Bridge.
On Friday, April 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., no service at eastbound stop NW Everett & 2nd (Stop ID 1612) due to utility work. Use temp stop on Everett St and 1st on "Stop here on red" sign.
On Friday, April 3, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., no service at SW Hall & 5th (Stop ID 13780) due to construction. Use temp stop at existing Line 12/44 stop at SW 4th & Hall (Stop ID 14570).
No service at eastbound stop NW Everett at 2nd (Stop ID 1612) due to utility work. Use temp stop at 1st Ave on "Stop here on red" sign.
