15-Belmont/NW 23rd connects Gateway, SE Portland, Portland City Center, and Nob Hill via 102nd, Stark/Washington, Belmont/Morrison, Washington/Salmon, Burnside and NW 23rd. The route continues to connect Nob Hill to NW Gordon via Thurman or to connect Montgomery Park and the NW Industrial neighborhood via Vaughn, 29th, Guam, 35th, and 44th & Yeon.

No service to the stop on SW Morrison at 16th between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Beginning April 12, the Line 15 will detour over the Hawthorne Bridge and follow an adjusted route between SE Washington/Stark & 92nd and Gateway Transit Center due to new weight limits on the Morrison Bridge. Additionally, a temporary bus line, the Line 115-Cherry Blossom Loop, will serve between Portland Adventist Medical Center, Mall 205 and Gateway Transit Center. Effective Apr. 19, 2015 From 5:30am to Noon on Sunday, April 19, for trips to Montgomery Park, no service between the stops at the Morrison Bridge and SW Alder & 11th. Downtown riders may board at the Line 6 stop at SW 3rd & Madison during the detour. Trips to Gateway, no service between the stops at SW Salmon & 12th and SW 2nd & Taylor due to the Race for the Roses.
