15-Belmont/NW 23rd connects Gateway, SE Portland, Portland City Center, and Nob Hill via 102nd, Stark/Washington, Belmont/Morrison, Washington/Alder, Burnside and NW 23rd. The route continues to connect Nob Hill to Montgomery Park and the NW Industrial neighborhood via Vaughn, 29th, Guam, 35th, and 44th & Yeon.
This bus line runs every 15 minutes or less most of the day, every day.

For trips to Gateway TC, no service to the eastbound stops on SW Alder at 10th (Stop ID 14190) and 6th (Stop ID 14191) due to long-term construction. Use temp stops located on lamp posts on SW Yamhill at 10th and 6th.
Beginning 9:00 p.m. Friday, July, 10, through 8:00 p.m. Saturday, July 11, for trips to Gateway TC, no service to the stops at SW Alder & 2nd (Stop ID 14192), Morrison Bridge (Stop ID 4028) and Morrison Bridge/Belmont & Grand (Stop ID 13689). And for trips to NW Portland, no service to the stops at SE Morrison & Grand (Stop ID 4013) and Morrison Bridge (Stop ID 4029) due to construction on the Morrison Bridge.
Effective Jul. 11, 2026 Beginning Saturday, July 11, through Tuesday, July 14, no service in either directions at Morrison Bridge (Stop IDs 4028 & 4029) due to construction. No temp stops.
