Welcome aboard! We’re excited to roll out service changes to create better connections to jobs and services. We're also changing MAX arrival times to keep trains on time.

    More Service

    Route Change

    We’re streamlining the route through the Rose Quarter Transit Center and adding more weekday evening service to Sellwood and the SE Tacoma/Johnson Creek MAX Station.

The old route created a loop from Interstate to Larrabee, Ramsay, Williams, Multnomah, and Rose Quarter Transit Center. The new route skips that loop and travels both directions on Interstate.

  • 53 Arctic/Allen

    Route Change

    We’re moving Line 53 to the Millikan Way MAX Station during construction at the Beaverton Transit Center.

The old route travelled from Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy to create a loop at Beaverton Transit Center. The new route instead turns east from Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy onto Canyon, north on Hocken, then east on Millikan Way before creating a loop at Millikan Way MAX Station.

  • 54 Beaverton/Hillsdale Hwy

    Route Change  Improved Connections

    We’re extending service to NW 5th and 6th avenues to improve connections on the Transit Mall.

The old route travelled north along 6th from Broadway to Burnside, then turned down 5th. The new route extends that service from Burnside up to Irving near Union Station, then turns down 5th.

  • 288 Blue Westside Bus

    Route Change Improved Connections

    We’re extending early morning service to the Merlo Rd/SW 158th Ave MAX Station to improve connections.

288 - Blue Westside Bus shows the entire route map for the bus, which travels generally east to northwest from Hillsboro Transit Center to Rose Quarter Transit Center. For a complete list of stops, go to trimet.org/home/route/288.

Transit center improvements

Beaverton Transit Center

We’re moving stops within the transit center and adjusting schedules due to construction at the Beaverton Transit Center.

In the after image, the two stops have been combined into stop 14635, with lines 288, 88, 78, 76, 58, 57, 54, 52, and 20.

Oregon City Transit Center

We’re moving some stops currently located inside the transit center to just outside of it and adjusting schedules due to construction at the Oregon City Transit Center.

There was also a LIFT stop at the center of the island on Main St between Moss and 11th. In the after image, there are two bus stops: stop ID 3728 with lines 32 and 33 to Clackamas Community College, line 34 to Clackamas Town Center, line 35, and line 76, and stop ID 14639 with line 31, line 32 to Milwaukie (weekdays only), line 33 to Clackamas Town Center, line 34 to Clackamas Heights, and line 79. The LIFT stop has moved east on Main St just east of the intersection of Moss.

Tigard Transit Center

We’re moving stops within the transit center to accommodate more service at the Tigard Transit Center.
