8-Jackson Park/NE 15th connects Marquam Hill, Portland City Center, Old Town/Chinatown, Union Station, the Rose Quarter, Lloyd Center, Irvington, NE Portland and the Woodlawn neighborhood, via Terwilliger, 5th/6th, Everett/Glisan, Multnomah, 15th, and Dekum. During the weekday morning and afternoon rush hours, buses run about every 15 minutes.
